Optional analytics and advertising tools load only after you allow their category. Rejecting optional cookies leaves the website fully usable. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings; this reloads the page to stop previously loaded tracking tools.

Preference cookies

motentis-consent stores your analytics and advertising choices for 180 days. motentis-language remembers an explicitly selected language for one year. Otherwise, we use your browser’s language preference, with English as the fallback.

Analytics and advertising

When configured and permitted, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions; Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure campaigns and support advertising audiences. Providers may receive technical identifiers, IP addresses, browser information and page activity. We do not treat a booking-link click as a completed booking.

Google cookies may include _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_*. Meta cookies may include _fbp and _fbc. Withdrawing a category deletes matching first-party cookies accessible to this site. Cookies on a provider’s own domain are managed through that provider or your browser.

No analytics or advertising provider is currently configured on this site.

Client portal and CRM records

When your client workspace is configured, authorized team members can store contact details, sales notes, opportunity values, meeting records and conversation drafts. Connected providers may add advertising reports and verified events. Access is restricted by workspace membership. The portal uses essential sign-in cookies and does not load optional analytics or advertising trackers.

Meta connection and data removal

If you separately connect a Meta lead form, we import the submitted name, email, phone and company, together with form and advertising identifiers, into its selected client workspace. We store an encrypted Page token and delivery status to receive and retry submissions. Disconnecting Meta clears the stored Page token and stops new imports; previously saved prospects remain subject to the same removal process. Prospect contact details are not sent to the advertising AI.

When an owner connects Meta, Motentis stores an encrypted authorization token, selected ad account identifiers and advertising reports to provide that workspace’s reporting. Meta-attributed results are separate from your CRM contacts and meeting records. Access is limited to authorized workspace members; tokens are not displayed to them.

An owner can disconnect Meta in Settings → Integrations. This removes the workspace’s saved authorization and stops new report syncs. A sync already running may finish. Selected accounts, saved reports and CRM records remain until separately removed. Disconnecting here does not revoke your app-wide permission in Meta or affect other workspaces.

To request removal of stored Meta data, email sebastian@motentis.com with your workspace name and the ad account concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We verify your authority over the workspace, confirm the requested records and handle the removal separately from disconnecting. You can also remove Motentis from your business integrations in Meta to revoke its access there.

Google Calendar connection

If an owner connects Google Calendar, Motentis stores encrypted access and refresh tokens and reads calendar names and event details to let your team link booked meetings to prospects. We store the selected event identifier, title, booking time, meeting time and status in your workspace. Your team chooses the calendar and prospect association. Calendar data is not sent to the advertising AI. Disconnecting removes the stored credentials and stops new refreshes; saved meeting records remain. You can revoke the Google app grant in your Google account and request removal of stored records at sebastian@motentis.com.

AI advertising drafts

When AI drafting is enabled, the product brief you explicitly submit is processed by Microsoft Azure to generate a draft. Do not include personal information or prospect records. The draft, its revisions and approval status are stored in your workspace and visible to authorized team members. Approval does not publish advertisements.

Contact form and information you share

Motentis uses the name, company, email address, optional phone number and message you submit to respond to your enquiry. Your enquiry is stored in our own restricted CRM workspace in Supabase, separate from client workspaces. A notification is sent to our team through our email provider when configured. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or book a meeting.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam. This security check is separate from optional analytics and advertising. Contact details and message text are not included in our analytics events. Fonts are served directly from this website.
